Hi, I'm Ahmed. I'm a builder based in Toronto.
I build software and explore ideas around AI, computer vision, automation, and operations.
Right now, I'm building Winskel, a coding orchestrator that picks the right AI model for each part of a job and coordinates the result.
Most things I build start as an attempt to solve a problem and see if there is something worth turning into a company. Most do not get that far. I still learn something from every attempt.

Projects
A coding orchestrator for AI agents. It decides whether a task should stay with one model or split across several, picks the right model for each part, and coordinates the work through to a reviewed result.
An execution layer for small teams. It watches where commitments actually get made, across Slack, meetings and voice, and tracks each one as an open loop that only closes on evidence the work happened, not on someone marking it done.
Turns the security cameras a store already has into behavior analytics: how people move through the space, where they stall, what they walk past. No new hardware on the ceiling.
Local voice dictation for developers. Speech recognition runs entirely on your Mac, and a Prompt Mode turns rambling into a structured brief you can paste into Claude Code or any agent.
RFQ software for logistics companies. Incoming quote requests get parsed, matched and answered in one place instead of living in a hundred email threads.
A research platform for the qualitative half of stock analysis, built around a management credibility engine that tracks what leadership said they would do against what they actually did.
An AI receptionist for tradespeople in the GTA that answered the calls they were missing while on a job. Ran through early 2026, then discontinued.
A browser extension that strips out the things you do not want an AI system to see, before any of it leaves your machine.
An experiment in running a fund as a set of AI agents that research independently, disagree, and have to argue each other into a position.
A simulation of suborbital package delivery, working out what it would actually take to move something anywhere on earth in under an hour.
